Dwight Neese

Dwight Neese

Dwight Neese retired as President and CEO of Provident Community Bank after a 42-year career in banking and financial services.  Dwight is President of the Catawba Regional Development Corporation and Vice President of Finance for the Southern Region of the Boy Scouts of America.  Previously, Dwight served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond Board of Directors and served as President of the South Carolina Bankers Association.  Dwight was a founder of the Union Community Foundation and served as a Deacon and Elder at First Presbyterian Church in Greenville, South Carolina. A native of Charlotte, he graduated from the University of South Carolina and resides in Rock Hill with his wife Susan. Dwight and Susan have been members of Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1993 and have two married sons. 

 

Brett Rudolph

Brett Rudolph

Brett Rudolph works in real estate as asset manager for Drake Capital, LLC, in Charlotte.  Previously, he worked in non-profit fund development for the Family Research Council in Washington, DC and Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, VA.  Brett served on the boards of Westminster Catawba Christian School from 2009-2011 and the Trojan Touchdown Club from 2011-2013. Brett is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife, Jamie, have been active members of Westminster Presbyterian Church since 2008 and reside in Rock Hill with their three children. 

 

Ruth Todd

Ruth H. Todd

Ruth Todd retired after 17 years in financial planning at Carroll Financial Associates Inc. and Palmetto Investment Advisors, and 9 years in marketing at IBM Corp. She serves on the Board of Directors of Renew Our Community in Rock Hill and the Board of Directors for the Arts Council of York County. She is a graduate of Duke University and earned an MBA at Wake Forest University. She lives in Rock Hill and is an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. A widow since 2010, she has two daughters and three grandchildren.

Randy Graham

Randy Graham is the managing director for SVN/Southern Commercial Real Estate. He has been in the commercial real estate field since 1995 and is pursuing his CCIM designation. Randy is Vice Chairman of the City of Rock Hill Planning Commission, a Kiwanis Club & Terrific Kids volunteer, ROAR coach, deacon at Westminster Presbyterian, and President of the Rock Hill Area Citadel Club, in addition to a long history of community service.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, and resides in Rock Hill with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children.

Jon Brownfield

Jon Brownfield is a Certified Estate Planner and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist. He has been with Edward Jones Investments as a Financial Advisor since 1985 and became General Partner with the firm in 2004. Jon and his wife, Karen, have been members of Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1994. Jon has served as a Deacon, on the Church Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors for Westminster Towers in the past. He is a member of the Rock Hill Rotary Club and is also involved in the Gideons. Jon and Karen live in York, South Carolina and have two children in college.

Sig Huitt

Sig Huitt is senior counsel with Chernoff Newman in Charlotte, NC.  He is a member and former president of Grace Lutheran Church in Rock Hill.  Sig currently serves on the executive committee of the Westminster Towers Board and is on the boards of the Winthrop University Foundation and the York County Disabilities Foundation. He is a member of the national board of Family Promise. In 2017, Sig was co-chair of the Local Organizing Committee for the International BMX Competition in Rock Hill,  Sig and his wife, Judy, both University of South Carolina graduates, live in Rock Hill and have two married children and four grandchildren.

Jeff LeForce

Jeff LeForce works in residential and commercial real estate investment and development at Drake Capital, LLC. Jeff received a B.S. degree from The Citadel and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He and his wife, Joy, have been members of Westminster Presbyterian Church since 2007, where they are active in small group ministry and Jeff is an elder. Jeff and Joy live in Rock Hill and have four children, one of whom attends Westminster Catawba Christian School.

G. Steve Moore, Jr.

Steve Moore is President at Andrews & Moore Contracting, LLC. Previously, he has held executive positions at Carolina Technology Associates, Comporium Inc. and Rock Hill National Bank. He is a graduate of Winthrop University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Steve is a longtime member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rock Hill where he serves as an Elder. He and his wife Beth reside in Rock Hill, and they have two children and six grandchildren. 

 

Jay Rinehart

 

Jay Rinehart

Jay Rinehart is the broker/owner of Rinehart Realty Corporation and property manager in charge of Rinehart Property Management, Inc. He is also an estate planning and tax attorney and is active in other local businesses. Jay’s family has been involved in real estate for over 40 years. He is a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Rock Hill where he serves as a deacon and chair of the Planned Giving Committee.  He is also a Trustee for the Baptist Foundation of South Carolina. Jay is happily married to Dee Dee Rinehart and they have four children.

 

Kristen Davis Rhyne

 

Kristen Davis Rhyne

Kristen Davis Rhyne serves as Executive Director of Westminster Ministries Foundation. She is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Kingdom Advisor.  Kristen retired from Founders Federal Credit Union in 2014 before assuming her current position.  She serves on the Keystone Board of Directors and as an ex-officio member of the boards of Westminster Towers and Westminster Catawba Christian School.  Kristen has been a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1978 and formerly served as the Administrator of Westminster Christian School (1986-1992).  She has two grown children and five grandchildren.  Kristen and her husband, Bruce, live in Sharon, South Carolina.

Rev. Dr. Mike Honeycutt

Mike Honeycutt is Senior Pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Rock Hill, SC. Previously, he served as Associate Professor of Historical and Practical Theology at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO; Senior Pastor of Southwood Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, AL; and President of Council Associates, a real estate firm in Myrtle Beach, SC. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Clemson University, a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a PhD from Edinburgh University. Mike and his wife, Judy, have three grown children. He enjoys fishing, skiing, Clemson football, the beach, reading, music, movies, and seeing the kingdom of God advanced through the local church through the ministry of word and deed.

Rev. Chris Florence is the Senior Associate Pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Chris has more than 20 years of experience as a counselor, educator, and pastor serving in South Dakota, Maryland, and Georgia.  Prior to Westminster Presbyterian, Chris served as the Vice President of Academic Administration and Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Covenant Seminary. Chris has a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University, an M.S.S.W. degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. Chris and his wife, Suzy, have been married for 20 years and have one daughter.
